Well, today I decided to bring in the big guns, or at least, attempt to. I love Barack Obama. Seriously, if there was ever a man who was going to REALLY change the world then this is The Man. And given, at the moment, THE most influential woman on the planet is Oprah then why not go to THE man to try to get to the WoMAN!!!!

So, channeling Pink in her Dear Mr President song, I decided to go straight to the top. I googled “How do I send an email to President Obama?” and lo and behold with one little click I was right there, with a little box I could fill in and with NO WORD LIMIT!!!! Can you believe it!!!!!

And so I sent this:

President Obama,
My name is Ajay Rochester. I recently left my job hosting four seasons of The Biggest Loser Australia to come to your country for 2 reasons :

1. To get on Oprah and spread the word of the work I am doing in trying to help inspire, motivate and educate women to recover their lives and battle obesity (I am a published author of 3 books on the subject)

AND 2 - to get on Oprah to help raise awareness and acceptance of children with differences which is ANY child but based on MY child having Aspergers Syndrome - a form of autism and as such the victim of constant bullying, seclusion and tragically depression.

But I am not doing this in a boring send my resume kind of format. I have left a very lucrative job to follow my heart right here in the USA - the land where dreams come true! And I am determined to do it in a fun, unconventional and original manner.

As such I have created my site http://www.chasingoprah.com. I would love you to have a look at it, I would love you and Michelle to donate an item of clothing to my online auction Magic Wardrobe, raising funds to develop a program of acceptance amongst children worldwide AND I would love YOU Mr President, to have a bit of a laugh and maybe, just maybe film a “Hi Oprah, we, here at the White House, think you really should have Ajay on your show!”.
